Three in a Row at the Bull Bash — and Pole Position

Yesterday was a great day at Wake County Speedway. I was able to win my third Bull Bash race in a row, and it felt awesome to stand in victory lane again. The day started off strong when we qualified on pole, which meant we had the fastest lap in qualifying and got to start at the front of the field. Getting the pole always feels great because it shows the car is fast right from the beginning of the day. The weather turned out to be a little hotter than we expected, but the track conditions were really good and the car felt fast all afternoon. A huge part of that was the setup. Brian at Bore Performance did an awesome job getting the car dialed in before the race, and we were running strong lap times the whole time. The competition was tough. The #88 car and the #9 car both put up a really good fight and kept the pressure on the whole race. It made for a fun battle and pushed me to stay focused on hitting my marks every lap. I'm really thankful for the support from 1128 Investments and Cary Family Dental for partnering with Acton Racing this season. Having great partners behind the team means a lot and helps make weekends like this possible. We were happy with our lap times, but we know there is still more speed to find. Our goal is to keep working on the car and continue lowering those times as the season goes on. Now we're already looking ahead to the fourth and final Bull Bash race next weekend. The weather is already looking good, and we're excited to get back on the track and see if we can keep the momentum going. See you at the track. - Jack
