First Race of the Season. First Win.

The first race of the season is officially in the books, and I got the win. Now I am not going to pretend it was some huge battle. Nobody else showed up in the Bandolero Outlaw division, so I was the only car out there. But a win is a win. My name is on the board. What mattered most to me was getting back in the seat. It had been a while since I was behind the wheel, and there is nothing that replaces real laps on a real track. Feeling the car load into the corner. Working on my lines. Getting comfortable again. Friday night was about shaking the rust off and building rhythm. Early season racing is about preparation and momentum. Every lap counts. I want to thank Cary Family Dental, Bore Performance, and 1128 Motorsports for backing me this season. I do not take that support lightly, and I am going to keep working to represent you the right way. Race 2 is next week. Hopefully I will have some company this time. Either way, I will be ready. - Jack
